Happy 3rd Birthday Josie!!

Here is the birthday the girl on the morning of her birthday. She reminded everyone that today was her birthday and the cake was for her. Plus, she gets to blow out 3 candles. That was a big deal for her. She has been waiting for sometime to be able to blow out candles and have us sing "Happy Birthday" to her.

For her birthday Alainna came over to play. They had so much fun helping me make the cake. They both had to help me put the mix into the bowl. Then they each took turns adding ingredients to the cake. Once the mixer came out both girls had to have a hand on the mixer and help me mix the ingredients. They were both so excited to be able to help make the cake. Afterwards, they each got to lick a beater.

Josie was so excited to open up her presents that she tried to open them up as soon as Alainna arrived. I told her that she had to wait till Daddy got home so he could watch her open them to. So as soon as Matt walked into the door, she ran up gave him a hug then ran to get her presents. We had to stop what we were doing and let her open up her presents.

Josie is really into the cars from the movie Cars right now. So most of her birthday consisted of cars stuff. She got a rug that has the layout from the cars movie. She got some new cars to go with it, she also got Mack, the semi, and a case to hold all of her cars in. She was very excited to get all of these new toys. Josie also got some new puzzles and two Casper the ghost cartoon movies. She keeps asking are these Josie's? We keep telling her yes, they are Josie's toys. That way she knows that they are hers and not Anthony's.

Josie loves to take bubble baths. So Anthony got her a Princess bubble bath. So she can finally, take a bubble bath again.

For Josie's birthday she chose a vanilla funfetti cake with chocolate frosting with more confetti to put on top of the cake.

On her 3rd birthday she still manages to get just as messy as she did on her first birthday.
