Vala's Pumpkin Patch!

As most everyone knows, we spend a lot of time at the pumpkin patch. Josie has been asking to go to the pumpkin patch for months before it opened. We bought a family pass for the season. So we can go as many times as we want. We have such a great time every time we go. Josie and Anthony love all the action and all the neat things to see and do. For those of you who have been, you know what I mean. They have a train you can ride on, pony rides, different themed barns to go through, a haunted house, a coal mine, a bunny town and many things to play on. There are so many things to do that we do different things each time we go. Here are some pictures of us on the train.

While we were riding the train one night there

were so many people on it that the train was having problems making it through the tunnel. The train would stop back up then go forward over and over again. Finally, some men jumped off the train and helped push it through the tunnel. It was kind of funny and Josie still talks about it every time we ride the train.

Anthony loves to hang onto the rail so he can look around, he absolutely loves to ride the train.

At the pumpkin patch they have a pumpkin eating dragon. He talks back and forth with someone who works there. They banter back and forth. Then the worker feeds the dragon a pumpkin.

Once the dragon has crunched the pumpkin he spits the pieces out. It is kind of fun to watch.

There is a huge red slide that Josie had a great time going down. I took Anthony down it and he seemed to enjoy it also.

Here is a picture of Josie playing on a tractor, she loves tractors ever since she has seen the

movie cars, if you have seen it you know why.

Look who we found at the pumpkin patch. She gave Josie a beautiful orange ring.

Josie picked the biggest pony to ride. She looks so natural up there especially with her cowboy boots on. As the ride started she kept telling Chester giddy up giddy up horsie. It was really cute.

Vala's this year has some new attractions. They have this huge jumpy pillow. We had so much fun jumping on it. I took Anthony on it and you should see that little boy smile he gets the biggest smile on his face. He laughs and giggles the entire time.

Here is another one of our favorite things to do at Vala's. Our whole family can ride a bike together. Matt and I pedal while the kids get to sit back and enjoy the ride.
