Zachary

So this morning Zachary had his surgery for ear tubes, he was very happy and content even though he had to wake up two hours earlier and wait to eat. He did very well while waiting for his turn, the surgery lasted literally less than fifteen minutes and he was only gone probably about 20-25 minutes from the room and we could hear him screaming as they brought him down the hall to us. Needless to say he was a little disoriented, confused and probably felt really goofy after the procedure. He was then able to eat and didn't keep it down long before throwing it back up all over me and himself. After that though he calmed down and snuggled till it was time to go home. On the way home he dozed and then once we walked in the door he was down and crawling and playing with his big brother and sister. Matt and I are so grateful that he stayed healthy enough so the procedure could take place. Hopefully now he will be fluid and ear infection free for quite sometime.
