Here is where we will end up

Once we decided to move Matt and I started talking about what we wanted to do, we went and toured some model homes and some existing homes and even put in an offer on a new construction but when that didn't work out we started back at square one.  We knew where we wanted to be meaning the neighborhood we wanted to end up it was just a matter of time before we found a builder who would build us a house for the size we needed for the price we wanted.  We went through 5 builders before signing with Sherwood Homes.  That is what the realtor was doing at my house the night she got the call for a showing on our house, we were putting in an offer to the builder for our future home.  Needless to say it was an exciting weekend for us.  We are staying in the same town, same school just moving about 2 miles away and we are totally excited about it.  Our completion date is scheduled for July 31st and we are loving watching the process of our new home.  Here was step one of pictures, pictures with the sold sign and the lot.

 Those boxes back there is how far our backyard goes back.  This neighborhood has lots of green space so no neighbor is directly behind you and there are lots of walking trails throughout.  In fact one of the accesses to it is on the side of our house. 

Needless to say we are so excited and are anticipating each new phase!!!!
