We are proud to say that Anthony now sleeps in a big boy bed. We redid Josie's room and now it is Josie's and Anthony's room. We painted the walls blue, Josie chose the color out. We also bought a beautiful bunk bed that the kids absolutely love. We thought that we would transition Anthony slowly to the new bed but there was no doing that. He slept in it for nap time on Monday and did so well we figured we would try out bed time as well. The only bump in that plan was that both kids decided to wake up and play at 5 a.m. even after both parents telling them to go back to sleep I let them out of the room at 6:30 a.m. A little after seven Anthony decided to have a huge meltdown so I put him back to bed and sure enough he went to sleep than woke up two hours later.
We thought the transition would be a lot harder since Josie was a pain to transition when we did her. Thanks to maybe our prayers the transition so far has gone very smooth. He doesn't even look at the crib when we tell him to go to his bed.
