It's spring!!

You know it is spring in Nebraska when the tornado sirens are going off. Yes, we were in a tornado warning yesterday. Thankfully, it missed us but we did not miss the hail.It was amazing to see how much hail come down the drain pipe.
Some of the hail was bigger than quarters. Pretty crazy weather. The yard was covered in marble size hail.

Ouch!!!

So last Friday, I got my wisdom teeth out. I only had two but of course they had to be on the opposite sides of my mouth. One on the top and one on the bottom. So both sides were affected. On Saturday, I woke up completely nauseated. I couldn't keep anything down until about two in the afternoon. I tell everyone that with the swelling my face looks like a square but with a chin. What is even worse is that half of my chin and bottom lip are still numb on the right side of my face. I asked Jacob about it yesterday and he informed me that the doctor hit a nerve and that it could be like that permanently. Which would really suck. The swelling is finally starting to go down and the soreness is decreasing but now the bruising is showing. It looks like I got in fight with someone and took a beating.

St. Patrick's Day

For St. Patrick's Day I took the kids to the children's museum. As always we had a blast. We look forward to taking Grandma and Papa when they get here.I think he is the cutest president yet!!Makayla's first St. Patrick's Day!!! Anthony praying over his food!! What a good boy!

A little photographer

This evening we decided to go for a walk as a family since it was a beautiful evening. We put Anthony and Makayla in the double stroller and Josie decided to push her stroller with her 3 kitty's and camera in it. She was so cute because she would stop to take a picture every 50 feet or so. The camera is just a toy and doesn't really take pictures, but she would show us what the picture was. I wish that I had my camera to capture her.

2009 Circus

We went to the circus last month and I am finally putting some pictures up. Anthony got to ride an elephant this year and absolutely loved it. He still talks about it. He rode it with John which was an extra treat for him. Josie of course rode a pony ride, big surprise there. The kids got to go through the petting zoo and feed some animals.

Makayla's first time at the circus. She slept through part of it.

Here is a cute video I took of a pig singing.

Sick kids

I haven't been able to post in a little while because two of three kids have been sick. Josie and Anthony both have ear infections and are on breathing treatments. Josie, hasn't needed a treatment since day two but Anthony is still needing them. He doesn't seem to be improving much. Also, Josie was tested for Celiac Disease last Friday. We are still awaiting the test results to come back. We hope and pray that she doesn't have it. For those of you who don't know it means she can't have any products that contain gluten, example flour and wheat. Please keep her in your prayers that everything will come back normal.
