Mischief in the making

If you notice my lazy susan is empty that is because he has already emptied out my cupboard and it is all sitting on my countertops because he will empty it out all over my floor or throw it away.

Love this little boy even though he makes a mess out of my kitchen daily!!!!

An evening in nature

The Horse Show

On the 20th a horse show came to town and they had a free kids expo and you could watch the competitions all day for free until 6 pm.  Matt called me the day before to tell me that it was in town and that I should take Josie out of school and go since she has such a passion for horses.  So I decided to go and it was so much fun.  It was very educational and the kids loved it especially Josie who wanted to pick out a horse to take home with us.  Little does she realize that some of these horses are worth lots of money.

This is at the kids expo...

They got to dig for horse bones
Got to see what a horse looks like from the inside out

Some of the different gear that goes along with horse

A petting area

The stable area for the horses, we weren't allowed back there but it was still fun to look at from a distance

The kids even got to do some barrel racing

Then we watched some of the horses warming up, which was really neat

School Field Trip

Josie had a school field trip on the 18th to the Lincoln Children's Museum and Lincoln Zoo she had so much fun.  This is what she looked like when she got home.

Anthony's First Spring Game

On Saturday we attempted to take Anthony to his first Husker Spring Game, but first things first in order to go to the game he needed his first jersey. Matt presented him with his first real Husker jersey and he was very excited to get it.

What a good looking Husker fan!!!!!

To bad the weather was very uncooperative once we got to the game it was canceled due to lightening and thunder and lots of rain. Maybe next year it will be better for us.

Easter Morning

On Easter Sunday the kids woke up to an Easter egg hunt, they had to find their eggs that they decorated the night before, then they quickly went to check out what the Easter bunny left for them. They all got a small present and some candy, then it was time for a yummy breakfast then time to put on their new Easter clothes.

Coloring Easter Eggs

The night before Easter we finally had a chance to color our eggs. It was kind of late when we did it so Zachary was already in bed, hence no pictures of him. The kids had a great time as always coloring their eggs.
