Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day!!!! We started off the day getting Josie ready for school but before she left she gave Zachary a quick ride on his push toy. (Yes she loves to push him around and he loves it, Makayla will do it when Josie is not around too).
For Valentines Day Matt and I gave the kids a cheap inexpensive present which they were really excited about.
Anthony got a new movie, Space Chimps

Makayla got a Cinderella snow globe that also holds her pictures in it too. Josie is into dragons lately and has been really wanting dragon toys, so she is saving up her money to buy some. Well at Hallmark on clearance I found this Freaky Pet it is 2 in 1 so I bought it and she loves it. She is showing you what the two look like. The side you don't want out you shove inside the other and vice versa. Zachary got Eeyore for his first Valentine's Day

Anthony's Valentine's Party

On Tuesday Anthony's preschool had their Valentine's Day Party. Makayla, Zachary and I attended and helped out. They did two crafts and two games and of course a snack.

Here is Anthony playing minute to win it, they had to stack conversation hearts and see who could make theirs the tallest without falling over.

PE 101

Anthony had a field trip on the 7th to PE 101 with his preschool class. He had a great time running and playing, well as you can see just by looking at the pictures.

Zachary's 11 months old

I am a little late posting this but wanted to get it up, my baby turned 11 months old already on the 2ND. He is getting so big, he is not walking yet but loves to walk while pushing this toy when his sister allows him to have a turn. He is getting pretty good at it too. He gets mad though when he runs out of room or gets stuck. Some things about Zachary right now are:
1. He has two new teeth so he now has one up top and three on the bottom with hopefully more to come soon
2. He loves to take off his shoes and socks every time we get in the van and gets mad if he can't take them off
3. Is really starting to eat more and more table food
4. Is getting better at drinking from a sippy cup
5. Loves music and he loves to dance
6. Loves to be rough housed
7. Loves telephones and will hold them up to his ear and babble, if I say hello then he automatically puts his hand up to his ear
8. Loves remote controls
9. Loves to tear apart my kitchen cabinets and drawers
10. Loves to play in the bathroom when no one is looking
11. Loves to take baths and splash in the water
12. Does not like to be left with strangers, when we drop him off in the nursery at church he screams so he usually doesn't end up in there for very long since someone comes and gets me
13. Loves to play with balls, he will throw them then chase after them
14. Loves his family
15. He gives great little hugs and smiles that can melt your heart
16. Is getting better at going down the stairs, he just needs to figure out how to turn around at the top of the stairs then he is good after that.

We love you sweet Zachary and can't believe that we will be celebrating your first birthday very soon!!!

When my Dad was here for the birth of Makayla he started something that has lasted for three years now and my kids look forward to it every time they see my Dad. He does this human roller coaster ride with them and they beg everyday for him to do it. Here Makayla and Anthony are going on one.
Zachary really warmed up to my parents alot faster than I expected him to (he is my shy baby), he had a great time playing with my Dad and really liked my Mom as long as she didn't have her glasses to read. It was so funny how scared he got of her when she wore them. I couldn't leave the room with him with her if she was wearing them or he would really cry.
Holly got sick the last night my Mom and Dad were here so she was a little off the next day.

Thanks Mom and Dad for coming out and staying with us. We had lots of fun with you both, the kids really miss you and keep asking how many more days till you come back. We love you both lots!!

Grandma and Papa Visit

My parents arrived the night of the 24th and boy were the kids excited to see them, they woke up on Wednesday very excited to see Grandma and Papa. My Dad went and ate lunch every day with Josie which made her feel very special and my Mom went a couple of times too. One of our fun outings with Grandma and Papa was the zoo. We had lots of fun at the zoo, here are some pictures from our outing.
