Day 3

All the bartenders on the ship quickly learned that John liked to drink. So every bartender targeted us to find John. He finally broke down and bought a bottle so they would leave him alone for awhile.

Today we also spent the day at sea. The weather was absolutely beautiful, the temp. was probably in the 80's. So we hung out outside again and watched the festivities that went on by the pool.

Tonight we ate dinner in one of the nicer restaurants on the ship. At the restaurants they serve you a five course meal. It was all very tasty.

After dinner we went to one of the lounges and watched a band called Armadas they played 50's and 60's music. We also did a little bit of dancing. We were having a great time dancing when they told everyone to go have a seat. So we went and sat down, then one of the hostess announced that Elvis would soon be arriving. No sooner had she announced that when a different hostess came and asked John to come with her. He followed her up to the dance floor. Two other hostesses brought up two other guys. Well, it turned out they were going to be the Elvis impersonators. So the three of them competed to be crowned Elvis for the trip. John went first and let me tell you how great he was. He did the lip curl and pose just like Elvis. He then had to lip sync and dance to an Elvis song. It was so awesome. Well, needless to say he won the competition. They then made us pledge that no matter were we are, if we see Elvis we had to bow down to him. So that night and throughout the trip people were bowing down to John a.k.a. Elvis.
