Day 8 of our trip

So on day 8 of our trip we got off the ship in Vancouver, Canada we took a bus to the airport then a shuttle to our hotel where we were staying for the night.  As we got off the ship and onto the bus we got to see a few neat things along the way for instance down below the Olympic torch that Wayne Gretzky lit in the 2010 Winter Olympics.

 After dropping our bags off and getting some lunch we took a couple of taxis to the river front to do some sight seeing.

The next morning we headed back to the airport.  It took quite a bit of time to get checked in, bags turned in, through security and then through customs but then we were finally on our way home.  We had a wonderful trip it was so much fun being with family enjoying one anothers company, it was an amazing beautiful trip one that was on my bucket list and I am very grateful to Sam and Susie for planning this and taking us with them.  Alaska is truly a beautiful majestic place, it is amazing what the Lord is capable of.

Thanks to Lisa our friend who so willingly took our kids for us so we could go on this trip, we are so thankful to you.  The kids had a fun time with you and still talk about you. 

Last thanks to all the prayers given on our behalf that we would have safe travels and that our kids would be safe and healthy while we were gone. 

We were truly blessed!!!
